Featuring a stunning tourmaline from the Congo by award winning artist Tom Munsteiner. with the most amazing shade of blue/green. Flawless Gemstone weighing 2 carats.  Accented with rubies, and yellow sapphires. Constructed In 18k yellow gold and sterling silver.
